Leslie DeMaio is a seasoned professional with 26 years of experience in property management. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in managing both conventional and affordable communities and portfolios for such companies as Highmark Residential, Greystar, Lincoln, and Gables Residential just to name a few. She has spearheaded numerous renovation projects, transforming properties into attractive and profitable assets. Her strategic approach to lease-ups has consistently resulted in high occupancy rates and increased revenue.
Currently, Leslie serves as the Vice President of the Bay Area Apartment Association Board of Directors, and is a graduate of the FAA Leadership Lyceum, a prestigious program that fosters leadership skills and industry knowledge. Leslie's accomplishments in the field of property management have been acknowledged through multiple industry-related awards. Leslie holds a CAM designation, further validating her expertise and professionalism in the field.
