AMY COLETTI

Amy embarked on her property management journey in 1994, starting as a leasing consultant. With nearly three decades of experience under her belt, she has now assumed a pivotal role within the dynamic leadership team at Starka Property Management. Her invaluable insights have been honed through managing a diverse array of apartment communities, including conventional, new construction, student housing, senior communities, HUD subsidized, LIHTC, and historically significant rehab/renovation properties. Her 29 years of experience and leadership knowledge comes from working for companies such as Greystar, Pinnacle, Meadow Wood Property Company and KRI Properties.

Her progression from an entry-level role to a leadership position has endowed her with a profound industry understanding, having navigated all levels of its operations. This hands-on experience uniquely equipped her to excel as a mentor, coach, and accomplished leader throughout her career. 

Amy's dedication to excellence is evident through numerous accolades from the Bay Area Apartment Association and recognition from previous employers. These awards not only underscore her commitment to the field but also highlight her lasting impact on its continuous advancement. Amy served as a board director for the Bay Area Apartment Association from 2013 through 2018 and served as the Secretary for the board from January 2016 through December 2017.
