Beginning her career as a leasing consultant in 2005, JuRene has built an extensive background managing a diverse portfolio of housing types including HUD Subsidized Housing, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs, LIHTC communities, Senior Living, and Conventional Multifamily Properties, as well as New Construction and major property renovations.

Throughout her career, JuRene has developed deep expertise in HUD and voucher program, working closely with local housing authorities to manage compliance requirements, coordinate inspections, oversee certifications and recertifications, and ensure properties remain in full regulatory compliance while maintaining strong resident relations. Her experience navigating the complexities of subsidized housing programs allows her to effectively balance regulatory requirements with operational efficiency.
