Jonathan's journey began with a solid foundation in business from university, which propelled him to lead Investor Development at EPT LLC in the greater Boston area. His expertise soon transitioned into the banking sector for SunTrust Bank, where he assisted affluent individuals and businesses in innovative banking strategies to enhance returns and optimize expenses throughout Tampa Bay. Building on this experience, Jonathan pursued a career in property management, focusing on the stabilization of distressed real estate assets in FL, NJ, NY, GA & PA markets.
