With over 25 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance and property management, Ronney Lugo brings a deep understanding of multifamily operations and a relentless work ethic to every project. He began his career as a groundskeeper, quickly rising through the ranks to become a maintenance technician, then maintenance supervisor, and now serves as a Renovations and Project Manager.

Ronney has worked with respected companies including JIK Properties—where he was honored two years in a row as Renewal Manager of the Year—as well as Sawyer Properties, Conncor Residential, and RAM Partners.
